Our German client is an international law firm that provides legal services to companies and clients with cross-border activities. The firm has a global presence with offices in major metropolitan areas in various countries and offers comprehensive legal support for complex issues.
Your tasks will include:
• Independent advice and support of clients in all corporate, contract law and M&A issues at the highest professional level
• Development and implementation of tailor-made strategies for corporate and transaction structures that combine
economic success and legal certainty• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, expert opinions and legal documents with a clear view of economic and strategic interrelationships
• Management and coordination of demanding corporate law projects in interdisciplinary teams with experts from law, finance and corporate strategy
• Accompaniment and representation of clients in (out-of-court) disputes with pronounced negotiation skills and strategic vision
• Active participation in shaping and further developing the advisory services through innovative approaches and entrepreneurial thinking
• Establishment, maintenance and strategic development of long-term client relationships
• Independent acquisition of new mandates through souver nes networking and convincing expertise
To be particularly suitable for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
• Successfully completed law studies with in-depth and several years of experience in corporate law and M&A, ideally in the UAE•
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of economic interrelationships and strategic business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to convey
complex legal issues clearly and convincingly• Confident, charismatic appearance that convinces clients and partners alike and creates
trust• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, complemented by intercultural competence and international experience
• High level of self-motivation, assertiveness and the ability to work
independently and result-oriented in a dynamic environment• Structured, analytical way of working paired with creativity and innovative strength to develop
tailor-made solutions for complex challenges• Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships as well as a strong network in the industry is an advantage
