Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Review and analyze tender documents to identify legal and contractual risks, and provide strategic advice to mitigate them.
  • Negotiate and draft complex contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.
  • Manage disputes, including overseeing litigation and arbitration processes, and liaising with external counsel as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and advise on best practices.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company s operations and provide proactive guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while minimizing legal risks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

  • A law degree from a recognized university and admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience, with a combination of experience in international law firms and in-house roles for multinational companies.
  • GCC Experience
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
  • Arabic language is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile
