Data Strategy & Leadership: Define the data science roadmap, leading a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and deploy models aligned with business objectives.

Advanced Analytics: Build and refine machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and predictive models to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.

Model Development: Lead the research and application of statistical techniques, including regression, clustering, and classification algorithms.

Big Data Analysis: Utilize big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.

Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, translating them into analytics problems and solutions.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, promoting continuous learning and best practices in data science.

Innovation: Explore new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the team s capabilities in predictive analytics and decision science.

Data Governance: Ensure that models and solutions meet high standards of accuracy, performance, scalability, and ethical considerations in data usage.

In-depth experience in MISDashboardsData analyticsData Mining

High-level knowledge of current technology in the industry

Experience in designing and optimizing complex data models

Ability to run DAX queries on Power BI desktop.

Proficient in doing advanced level computation on the data set.

Detailed knowledge and understanding of database management & ETL framework.

Expertise of SQL queries, SSRS and SQL server integration services (SSIS)

Good communication, presentation skills with good command of written English.

Good conceptual and technical knowledge in Data Analytics, Data warehouse, Analytic technologies and tools.

Good documentation & MIS/report preparation.

Good Interpersonal relations with pleasing personality.

Experience in database and preferably SQL certified.

Preferred: Experience in using Audit Analytical tools: ACL, SQL Scripting etc., Internal Audit Management Systems, SOC and NOC

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, and a passion for innovation.
