The Senior Landscape Architect is tasked with the creative and technical execution of landscape projects, leading a team of designers and junior architects. This role involves designing, planning, and overseeing landscape architecture projects. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of landscape architecture principles, sustainable design, and possesses strong leadership and project management skills. They work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create vibrant, functional outdoor spaces. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development stages of landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with clients to determine design requirements and project scope.
• Create and present proposals, concept sketches, and project timelines.
• Supervise project construction to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior landscape architects and designers.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and other consultants on project details.
• Implement sustainable practices in all landscape design and development processes.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Conduct site inspections to assess landscape completion levels and compliance.
• Engage in research to identify new landscape design trends and techniques.
• Provide expert advice on landscape management and environmental stewardship.

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and direct team efforts.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other landscape design tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Professional license or certification in landscape architecture is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines effectively.
