Senior/Junior - HVAC Technicians Empower Energy Solutions

Experience:

Maintenance and overhauling of Air Cool recipe-compressor/screw chillers, large Centrifugal Chillers and allied equipment.

• Assist in Installations: Help senior technicians install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, a nd electrical components.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating parts, and checking refrigerant levels under supervision.
• Support Troubleshooting: Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting minor equipment issues and faults.
• Documentation: Accurately log work performed, parts used, and system performance data.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
• Complex Diagnostics: Independently diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults in a wide range of HVAC systems.
• Advanced Maintenance: Perform intricate preventive maintenance, including system calibration and performance optimization.
• Project Management: Lead and manage the installation of new systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Mentorship & Training: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior technicians.
• Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on system operation, maintenance, and potential upgrades.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
