Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior IT Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations across all company sites by delivering high-quality technical support and resolving complex issues. The role supervises the IT support team, coordinates with business and operational functions, and implements ITIL-based processes to maintain service continuity, enabling smooth and efficient business operations in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Skills: Solid experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and helpdesk operations.
- Skills: Experience supporting retail, warehouse, or logistics environments.
- Skills: MS 365, Google Workspace, and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) knowledge.
