Senior IT Operational Excellence Consultant

• Post: Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence
• Certification required: Black Belt Six Sigma (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in similar roles, with high IT exposure
• Duration: 3 months renewable (potential mission of 6 to 9 months)
• Availability: Imm diate or short term

Missions

• Management of the upstream phase: scoping, initial diagnosis, and structuring of the work axes before the definition of the roadmap.
• Conducting in-depth diagnostics of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and breaking points.
• Deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies: DMAIC, process mapping, root cause analysis, etc.
• Strong interaction with IT teams to ensure coherence between operational levers and technical solutions.
• Facilitation of co-construction workshops with the professional and technical teams.
• Training and support for internal employees on Lean Six Sigma best practices.
• Implementation of KPIs, dashboards and regular reporting to management.

Profile sought

Formation:

• Engineering, business school or university equivalent.

Certifications :

• Black Belt Six Sigma (required).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of operational excellence, with solid experience in leading complex projects related to IT environments.
• Experience in the upstream phase of projects: analysis, strategy, scoping.
• R alisations tangibles : gains mesurables (qualit , co ts, d lais, performance).

Comp tences techniques :

• Sorting of statistical tools (Minitab, Excel...) and process modeling (Visio, BPMN).
• Skills in data analysis, dashboard development, management of system interfaces.
• Good understanding of IT architectures, IS and technical environments.
