Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Analysis & Research
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and competitor performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Portfolio Management Support
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of existing investments to ensure alignment with performance targets.
- Provide ongoing analysis of portfolio companies financial and operational performance.
- Recommend strategies to optimize portfolio returns and mitigate risks.
- Strategic Insights & Reporting
- Prepare high-quality investment memos, presentations, and reports for executive management and investment committees.
- Translate complex data and financial outcomes into clear, actionable insights.
- Support senior leadership in developing investment strategies and long-term plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, strategy, and operations.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders such as investment partners, advisors, and consultants.
- Participate in negotiations and contribute to structuring deals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Finance.
- Professional certifications are highly valued; CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and/or FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment vehicles, and portfolio management principles.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
