Senior Internal Auditor DISTINGUISHED REAL ESTATE

· Performing the risk assessment and support the Manager of Internal Audit in development of risk based internal audit plan.

· Developing the scope of internal audits focusing on governance, risk management and control processes with direct supervision from Manager of internal audit.

· Execute the audit plan and deploy data analytics techniques for audit testing purposes to achieve maximum efficiencies.

· Preparation of audit working papers in accordance with internal audit manual and professional standards, resolving all review comments of Manager audit on a timely basis and archiving of internal audit files.

· Exercise sound judgement in identifying weaknesses in the organizations controls environment and a balanced view of how significant these are.

· Preparing reports demonstrating the results of audit work performed aligned with the reporting methodology and templates.

· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Audit systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

· Update and maintain outstanding actions database and liaise with process owners on implementation status.

· Conducting follow-up with management as necessary to provide assurance that audit actions have been satisfactorily completed.

Perform investigations, spot-checks and other special assignment as allocated.
