As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing innovative and sustainable interior spaces that inspire and captivate. You ll work across various projects, from commercial spaces to high-end residential interiors, ensuring each project meets the client's vision and project goals. Your creative ingenuity will be paired with your extensive experience in the design industry as you lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conceptual development to project completion within set deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish design goals and project requirements.
• Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Source and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes that fulfill design intent.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers and interns, fostering an innovative team environment.
• Schedule and conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress aligns with design plans.
• Work in alignment with architectural and construction teams to facilitate project execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and timely completion.
• Prepare and present design proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate modern solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and building codes in designs.
• Utilize design software and tools proficiently to enhance productivity and project output quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or a related field required for this position.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within the interior design industry is necessary.
• Proven track record of leading multiple design projects from start to finish successfully.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are a crucial requirement.
• Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with diverse teams and clients effectively.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
