Roles & Responsibilities

Space Planning: Creating efficient and functional layouts for various spaces.

Design Concept Development: Developing creative design concepts, including color palettes, materials, and furnishings.

Visualizations: Creating detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.

Material Selection: Sourcing and selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture.

Project Management: Overseeing the project from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

Site Visits: Inspecting project sites to ensure design implementation meets expectations.

Stay Updated: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, design styles, and building codes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional interior design experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of residential and commercial projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Corona, Lumion and other relevant tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
