Senior Interface Design Manager

 In this role, you will manage and coordinate all design interfaces across the lifecycle of a fast-track hyperscale data center project with a capacity of PHONE_NUMBERMW. The project involves complex engineering, high utility demand, and multiple contractor and consultant packages. Rigorous coordination across disciplines and stakeholders is essential to ensure seamless design integration and delivery.

What You ll Be Doing

• Lead interface coordination between design consultants, contractors, and client teams.
• Develop and maintain interface matrices and coordination schedules.
• Facilitate design integration workshops and clash resolution meetings.
• Ensure timely resolution of interface issues impacting design and delivery.
• Collaborate with BIM teams to support model-based coordination.
• Liaise with utility providers, permitting authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Support change management and design assurance processes.

What Required Skills You ll Bring

• 10 15 years in design coordination or interface management, ideally within data centers, industrial, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design processes, BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), and interface management systems.
• Familiarity with hyperscale data center design, utility integration, and fast-track delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Chartered status or equivalent is preferred.
