Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Strategy Development: Design and implement robust influencer marketing strategies tailored for offline brands, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand identity.
  • Relationship Management: Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and community figures relevant to the offline retail sector.
  • Offline Activation: Plan and execute creative, high-impact offline activations such as in-store events, pop-ups, workshops, and experiential campaigns to maximize brand visibility through influencer collaboration.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end management of influencer-led campaigns, from initial concept and outreach to execution, tracking, and performance review.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, retail, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer activities into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data and influencer ROI, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of emerging trends in influencer marketing, offline retail experiences, and evolving consumer behaviors to strengthen campaign relevancy and impact.
  • Compliance and Brand Safety: Implement processes to ensure all influencer partnerships reflect Nice one s commitment to ethics, diversity, and a gender-neutral brand perspective.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in influencer or brand marketing are highly regarded.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in influencer marketing with a significant focus on offline or omnichannel brands.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing influencer-driven offline campaigns and activations.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills able to authentically connect with diverse influencer partners.
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with campaign tracking tools and reporting systems.
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns and partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia s consumer market and cultural landscape is a distinct advantage.
  • Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral practices and fostering a collaborative, respectful workplace.
