Senior Import & Export Operations Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all import and export activities from order placement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, shipping procedures, and trade documentation.

Handle purchase orders, shipment arrangements (land, sea, air), and customs clearance for imports.

Prepare export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Serial Number Lists, and Certificates of Origin; arrange certifications and legalizations when required.

Coordinate with banks for Export Letters of Credit (LCs).

Arrange transport with freight forwarders and shipping lines, and manage export formalities with clearing agents.

Ensure timely delivery of documents, goods, and payment from end clients.


Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations or international logistics.

Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and trade documentation.


Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
