Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective system adoption.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project progress, provide updates, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Document processes, configurations, and training materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Lead the implementation of our software solutions for clients in the education sector.
- Configure systems according to client requirements and ensure smooth deployment.
- Proven experience as an Implementer / ERP Consultant / System Deployment Specialist.
- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience in strong>educational software platforms/strong> is a plus.
