Key Responsibilitiesbr>br>* Develop engineering methodologies and solutions to address ICT and ELV challenges in infrastructure projectsbr>* Design comprehensive ICT, ELV, security systems, and scalable technology frameworksbr>* Conduct gap analysis, security risk assessments, and prepare concept, schematic, detailed, tender, and IFC documentation as per SIRA and Dubai Police regulationsbr>* Upload CCTV layouts to the SIRA SPC portal and coordinate with authorities for approvals and NOCsbr>* Engage with clients, project managers, and internal teams to capture requirements and deliver tailored design solutionsbr>* Ensure compliance with ISO, TIA/EIA, SIRA, and relevant local regulatory frameworksbr>* Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation including technical and commercial evaluationsbr>* Produce ICT, security, and telecom infrastructure drawings, including corridor and cross-section verificationbr>* Conduct technical reviews for compliance with codes, regulations, and engineering standardsbr>* Prepare scopes of work, RFPs, technical assessment reports, and tender clarificationsbr>* Review bidding documents, addendums, Q&A responses, and post-tender clarificationsbr>* Evaluate IFC documents, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statementsbr>* Build strong working relationships with engineers, stakeholders, and client representativesbr>
