Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior HR role within a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with an ability to handle multitasking.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
