Roles & Responsibilities

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering - Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Physics', Marine, Science, etc.
NEBOSH IGC, CMIOSH (csp), IOSH, OSHA or other relevant International HSE certifications
Certified Incident and Accident Investigator - Demonstrable experience required
Certified Risk Assessor and Facilitator - Demonstrable experience required
Certified (IRCA) - 45001,14001 and 9001.

Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of broad HSE, Risk and compliance experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior or supervisory role.
Experience working in [specific industry, e.g., marine, construction, oil and gas (MHF's), and manufacturing] is highly preferred.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Demonstrably adaptable, self-motivated, committed, and able to work unsupervised effectively.
Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with Six Sigma (Desired).
Ability to mentor, train and influence others.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong and demonstrable abilities in adapting to change and conflicting priorities
Strong leadership and collaborate approach to conflict resolution.
Strong understanding of HSE MS Systemization and key IT interfaces.
