Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of offshore HSE programs, ensuring alignment with international standards and company policies to proactively mitigate risks.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard identification studies, providing expert recommendations for control measures to protect personnel and assets.
- Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance through regular inspections, audits, and data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in HSE principles.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of HSE management.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of international HSE regulations and standards, including those of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
