Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR professional specialized in Recruitment to manage, guide, and mentor the HR team while overseeing overall HR operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- -Lead and manage the recruitment function end-to-end
- -Guide, train, and supervise HR staff
- -Act as the central point of guidance for the entire HR department
- -Support HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- -Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring needs
- Requirements:
- -Strong recruitment and team management experience
- -Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- -GCC HR experience preferred
