Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume hotel and flight bookings for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the reservation process.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to secure the best rates and availability.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving booking issues promptly.
- Develop and implement systems for tracking reservations and cancellations to optimize operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in airline and hotel policies, and market rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create attractive travel packages and promotions.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in reservation systems and customer service best practices.
- Prepare reports on booking performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in hotel and flight reservations or a similar role.
- Proficient in reservation systems and travel management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of international flight regulations and hotel policies is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
