Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our agency team. This role requires a design visionary with a strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital-first creativity. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional skills in conceptualizing and executing campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms. The role is suited for a designer who can not only create compelling visuals but also guide junior designers and collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative design concepts for campaigns, brand identities, and marketing materials. Create visual assets for digital platforms including social media posts, website graphics, emailers, and online ads. Design print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, event branding, and exhibition collaterals. Work closely with the creative director, copywriters, animators, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery, maintaining high standards of quality. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the agency’s work at the cutting edge. Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers and interns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or leading brand. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, and digital/print assets. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma). Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles at an advanced level. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. (Added Advantage) Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, VFX, or 3D design tools.
