We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of design principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements.
• Develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Produce engaging visual content for websites, social media, and advertisements.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and ensure team growth.
• Review and provide feedback on design projects to maintain quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Liaise with external vendors such as printers and photographers when necessary.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the overall brand strategy and aesthetic.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and clients for approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across different media formats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work environments.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.
