Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative design concepts for digital campaigns, social media content, print materials, branding, and marketing collateral.

Ensure all designs are consistent with the company s brand identity and guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Design and prepare final artwork files suitable for both digital publishing and high-quality print production.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and professional delivery.

Provide creative input and innovative ideas to strengthen brand positioning.

Edit short promotional videos and create motion graphics content for digital platforms.

Support marketing campaigns with engaging video content alongside static visuals.

Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance creativity and productivity.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

4 7 years of proven professional experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); strong knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion graphics.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital, print, and video work.

Good knowledge of print production and preparing files for professional printing.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
