Responsibilities

• Lead the concept development and execution of branded visual content for multiple channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and creative design solutions.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of all design outputs from the creative team.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with ease.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and techniques in the industry.
• Prepare design presentations to communicate creative strategies to stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors and freelance designers to augment creative resources as needed.
• Work closely with clients and account managers to gather design requirements and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication across different departments to streamline design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate visual ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising a creative team effectively.
• Strong understanding of digital design, UI/UX principles, and multimedia design.
