Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and Golang to lead module design, guide junior developers, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The individual will be responsible for frontend development, API creation, and containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can work independently or collaboratively, with a strong focus on coaching and technical excellence.
- Lead the design and implementation of software modules based on project requirements.
- Recommend and evaluate technologies and tools aligned with business needs.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Deliver clear and timely reporting and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain high standards of software quality with minimal defects during QA and UAT.
- Develop APIs and shell scripts using Golang.
- Drive frontend development using ReactJS.
- Work with containerisation tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- (Nice to have) Contribute to CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, and Argo CD.
- Experienced in frontend development with a strong focus on GUI.
- Proficient in ReactJS and Golang.
- Skilled in software design principles, testing strategies, and problem-solving.
- Familiar with industry-standard tools and containerisation technologies.
- Able to work independently or within a team.
- Strong communicator with a clear and simple style.
- Committed to continuous learning and sharing lessons learned.
- Capable of coaching and reviewing junior developers work.
- Calm under pressure and quick to adapt.
- Advanced frontend development techniques using ReactJS.
- Backend development and scripting with Golang.
- Container orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes and Docker.
- CI/CD automation tools such as GitHub Actions and Argo.
- Leadership and coaching skills in a technical setting.
