Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy secure JEE applications using best coding practices and design patterns.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain frontend and backend components, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing (unit/integration), and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate in small/medium teams, contribute to design discussions, and provide accurate time estimates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered). High level of English interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Java/JEE Development – 6+ years hands-on experience
  • Java Frameworks – Spring, Struts, Jasper Reports (4+ years)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of JAVA and web technologies
  • Frontend Development – JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, or ReactJS (3+ years)
  • API Development – REST/SOAP services, integration with ERP or core banking systems
  • Testing Frameworks—JUnit, Selenium, Mockito
  • Cloud & Spring Boot—Experience with cloud-native applications is a plus
  • Software Design – Knowledge of design patterns, secure coding, and application architecture
  • Problem Solving & Communication—Strong analytical and teamwork skills
