Senior Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities:

1. Fullstack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (both frontend and backend).
• Implement responsive UI/UX and ensure smooth client-server interaction.
• Build and integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL) for internal and external systems.

2. Architecture & Design

• Design application architecture for scalability, performance, and security.
• Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure maintainable code.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

3. Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, design, DevOps).

4. Quality & Performance

• Write unit and integration tests; ensure code quality.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues as needed.

5. Project Management

• Lead end-to-end development of features or projects.
• Estimate effort, plan sprints, and report progress to management.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Experience

• 4 to 9 years of software development experience, preferably in fullstack roles.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering complex web applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

2. Technical Skills

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

3. Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.

4. Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters is a plus).
• Certifications in relevant technologies (optional but beneficial).
