Job Description & Summary
PwC is on the lookout for an Experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Deals Technology team, with a particular focus on leveraging AI to revolutionize our deals advisory and transaction services. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of technology and business, developing innovative web and mobile applications that drive PwC's digital transformation initiatives forward. Your work will directly support the strategic initiatives led by the Deals Technology team, making significant contributions to our business objectives and enhancing our technology offerings. This position is ideal for a proactive developer who is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems, committed to lifelong learning, and driven by the challenge of building something new.
Your responsibilities as an Experienced Full Stack Developer within the Deals Technology team will include:

Innovative Solution Development: Apply your deep understanding of full stack development to create cutting-edge web and mobile applications that incorporate AI and data analytics, driving innovation in our Deals services.

Work collaboratively with the Deals client teams to understand strategic objectives and translate these into actionable development initiatives, ensuring alignment with PwC's broader goals.

Engage in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and providing robust, scalable solutions.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly those related to AI, to continuously improve our development practices and solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

Ensure the highest standards of security and privacy are maintained in all developed solutions, in line with PwC's commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a portfolio that showcases web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Python).

Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, demonstrating the ability to incorporate these into practical applications.

Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA).

Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit, especially in working closely with the Deals Transformation team to align development projects with strategic objectives.
