We are looking for an experienced and talented Software Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining the front-end components of our web applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Optimization: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver integrated and user-friendly software solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our front-end systems.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and integrate them into the development process where appropriate.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior front-end engineers, fostering their growth and development.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular.
• Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Tooling: Experience with front-end build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• APIs: Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Testing: Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• UX/UI: Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with designers.
• Performance: Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
• Security: Understanding of web security best practices.
