The Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst plays a critical role in the financial backbone of an organization, providing deep insights, financial projections, and strategic planning. This position requires a keen analytical mind capable of interpreting financial data and trends to guide decision-making processes. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed financial models, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary data, and providing comprehensive reports that aid in strategic planning. You will also be expected to improve and implement analysis processes within the organization to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis software tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior management clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial/statistical analysis and reporting methodologies.
