Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead sales growth in UAE and GCC markets for beverages and food products
2. Manage and expand distribution across supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, horeca (hotels, restaurants, cafés), and e-commerce channels
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
5. Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional activities with key accounts (e.g. gas stations, retail chains, convenience stores)
6. Support field marketing campaigns and collect feedback from clients
7. Drive offline distribution of Dongpeng products in UAE market
Desired Candidate Profile
*Requirements*:
* Native proficiency in English required; Mandarin Chinese preferred;
* Experience in the sales of Red Bull or Monster energy drinks in the UAE in the past three years required ( for beverage sales executives)
Experience in the sales of Food in the UAE in the past three years required ( for food sales executives)
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Strong network and knowledge of retail, horeca, and distribution channels in UAE/GCC
