Job Description

By joining the Finance team at Devoteam Tunisia, you will be in charge of:

1. Develop and manage the reporting of the budgeting process:

  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Produce summary documents, budget and participate in the construction of the budget and its revisions
  • Contribute to multi-year forecasting processes to make landing more reliable.
  • to be the guarantor of the reliability of financial information by controlling the coh rence of the remont es of the different entities
  • Develop and maintain relevant financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for proactive monitoring of activity and decision-making.

2. Maintain relationships with internal customers:

  • Provide analysis and advice and/or management proposals to the Financial Directorate.
  • Carry out various supports and analyses for the needs of the Management and the Group.

3 Advice and Strategic Recommendations:

  • Business Partnering: Act as a true "Business Partner" with the operational directors and the general management, providing relevant financial analyses to clarify their strategic and operational decisions.
  • Cost and Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement and revenue growth through a critical analysis of financial and operational data.
  • Sensitivity analysis and scenarios: Perform sensitivity analyses and what-if scenarios to assess the potential impact of different assumptions or decisions on financial performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a School of Finance/Accounting ideally and have 4 to 6 years of experience in financial analysis and auditing, ideally acquired in a consulting firm, or in a finance department of a multinational company.
  • You master reporting techniques and with a very good knowledge of office tools, have a strong application for Excel
  • You have a solid general knowledge of accounting (accounting standards) and consolidation. Mastery of IFRS is desirable.
  • Autonomous and with a strong sense of analysis
  • You have a good command of English.
  • You are self-provoking and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are recognized for your oral fluency and your good written communication.
  • You are curious and have an app tence for macro economics topics.
