• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Develop insightful financial reports to guide management decisions and strategies.
• Prepare detailed quarterly and annual operating and capital budgets.
• Maintain financial plans, monitor execution, and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Liaise with department managers to understand financial requirements and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify financial performance trends and issues.
• Review financial results, performing financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking KPIs.
• Evaluate new projects and investments through detailed financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the organization.
• Assist with preparing management presentations about financial results and analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related area.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget preparation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with financial software applications and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or similar will be a plus.
