Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JOB OVERVIEW
- Manage design process from conception through to final styling for our VIP Clients; as well as , design sketches for VIP clients across several countries based on Tony ward Couture DNA, vision and mission
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
- Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts for different lines (PAP, HC & Bridal) when needed
- Ensure product is in agreement with business strategy
- Select fabrics and trims for several collections in the PAP & HC
- Create production sketches for development packages
- Collaborate with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate
- Review product for style and fit during presentation
- Present story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers
Requirements :
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge in MS office
Strong drafting and drawing skills
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 4 years plus experience in Fashion designer is a must
Bachelor s degree in Fashion design or and related field
Experience in drawing on Procreate/ iPad software is a must
