Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to expand the company s global reach.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of export orders.
  • Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
  • Monitor and analyze export sales performance, identifying new market opportunities and recommending strategies for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on global market trends, trade regulations, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve any issues related to shipments, customs clearance, or payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development activities to promote company products.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export activities, challenges, and achievements.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in export operations, international sales, or a related field within the manufacturing or packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple export projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and export management software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales trends.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
