Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to expand the company s global reach.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of export orders.
- Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance, identifying new market opportunities and recommending strategies for growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas customers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on global market trends, trade regulations, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Resolve any issues related to shipments, customs clearance, or payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development activities to promote company products.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export activities, challenges, and achievements.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in export operations, international sales, or a related field within the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple export projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and export management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales trends.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
