THE ROLE

Due to continued business success, we are now seeking an experience Senior Event Project Manager to join this diverse and dynamic team. The role will be based in Riyadh, working in collaboration with the global agency teams. Experience of working for a UK based production agency in a MUST!

As a Senior Event Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, steering, managing and implementing events on behalf of the agency and their clients. You will be steering tenders and new business processes together with the creative, administrative and technical teams, which are based across their Middle East offices

Key responsibilities include:

Managing projects from client brief through to delivery

Acting as a key point of client contact throughout

Preparing and pitching full proposals

Full budget management and reconciliation

Creating the project plan

Supplier selection and management

On site management

Maintaining and growing existing clients and working on new business though producing (and winning!) pitches, proposals and bids

Leading teams of internal as well as extended staff across multiple event productions

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a Senior Event Project Manager who come from a solid UK / European agency background working as a Senior Event Project Manager at a senior level. Any exposure to delivering events in the Middle East would be a huge bonus. Candidates must have exceptional client management skills as well as an understanding of all event disciplines within a live event project and happy to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
