Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Team Leadership: Anticipate client interactions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions. Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of EPM solutions.
- EPM Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement EPM solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation processes. Utilize tools like: SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning, Oracle PBCS,SAP BPC, OneStream, Anaplan, Board, etc .
- Process Optimization: Identify and propose process improvements for clients to optimize their EPM workflows and approval cycles, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and business decision-making.
- Data Integration & Reporting: Integrate EPM solutions with various data sources (ERP Systems, POS, OLAP Database Tables, APIs, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and financial reporting capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and IT departments. Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and mentoring to client teams and junior consultants. Transfer knowledge on best practices, EPM tools, and methodologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest EPM trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the service offering.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, FMVA) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in delivering EPM solutions, with at least 2 end-to-end project cycles.
- Proven expertise in implementing and supporting EPM platforms such as (Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream, Anaplan, SAC Planning, etc.).
- Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and interact with clients at all levels.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing client relationships, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
