Senior Engineer AlMansoori Specialized Engineering

KEY ACCOUNTABILITES:

Conduct process engineering calculations, including simulations, separator sizing, line sizing, PSV sizing, pump hydraulics, control valve hydraulics, and more.

Develop and update key process engineering documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, Basis of Design, equipment and instrument datasheets, cause and Effect diagrams, equipment lists, operating and control philosophies, hazardous area classification schedules/drawings, plot plans, and safety layouts as required for project execution.

Ensure all engineering documents are prepared in accordance with project requirements, meeting contract/SOW specifications and adhering to best engineering practices.

Participate in safety studies, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and Risk Assessments.

Effectively close out actions arising from safety studies.

Coordinate with customer personnel to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Engineering Manager or Project Manager.

Ensure adherence to the company s QA/QC policies.

Verify that suppliers, subcontractors, fabricators, and other parties comply with international codes and standards.

Develop and implement new company standards.
