Senior Engineer – Industrial Robotics and Automation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer – Industrial Robotics and Automation to lead end-to-end execution of advanced robotics and automation projects across manufacturing and process industries. This role will drive the conceptualization, design, simulation, and commissioning of robotics systems, automated assembly lines, and smart manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, simulation, architecture, and commissioning of automation solutions including robotics and assembly lines.
• Program, simulate, deploy, and test robots and cobots from OEMs such as KUKA, FANUC, and ABB.
• Spearhead industrial automation initiatives involving conveyors, SPMs, machine tending, welding, and assembly systems.
• Interpret and verify process design diagrams, develop functional specifications, and execute automation solutions across multiple parallel projects.
• Collaborate with OEMs/ODMs and system integrators for seamless system integration and commissioning.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and CNC controllers to implement and troubleshoot automation systems.
• Apply industrial communication protocols such as MODBUS, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet for seamless integration.
• Develop and integrate vision systems for quality inspection, OCR, measurement inspection, and other quality validation tasks.
• Drive implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT, smart manufacturing, and data analytics.
• Use CAD/CAE software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) for automation and mechanical design purposes.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met during the design and execution phases of the project.
