We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer, Electrical Maintenance to join our dynamic team. The Senior Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems, thus supporting uninterrupted operations. • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance electrical system reliability.
• Oversee routine inspection, testing, and servicing of electrical equipment and systems.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical maintenance team to ensure high performance.
• Analyze electrical systems and components to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all activities.
• Prepare and manage budgets for electrical maintenance and related projects.
• Document all maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely repair of electrical failures.
• Develop and conduct training programs for maintenance staff to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve the design and efficiency of systems.
• Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to prevent unexpected breakdowns.

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance roles.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale electrical systems and teams.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and other engineering software.
• Ability to manage projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
