Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, procurement, and site engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project milestones and client requirements.
• Review and approve ELV system designs, technical drawings, and specifications for compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to communicate project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Prepare and present project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Guest Room Management Systems
• Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., NFPA, BICSI, TIA).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD.
