Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including design, procurement, and site engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project milestones and client requirements.
- Review and approve ELV system designs, technical drawings, and specifications for compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and structured cabling.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to communicate project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Prepare and present project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Guest Room Management Systems
- Knowledge of relevant international standards (e.g., NFPA, BICSI, TIA).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD.
- Key duties include managing site installations, coordinating with contractors and other disciplines, ensuring quality and safety standards, and handling project documentation and reporting. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in systems like CCTV, access control, and fire alarms, and the ability to resolve technical issues to meet project
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience and up to 8 years in ELV project engineering or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communications, or a related engineering field.
Huawei Certification.
Proven track record in managing full lifecycle ELV projects in commercial, residential, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, and structured cabling.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
Experience in preparing project documentation and progress reports.
Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
