Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and design processes for electrical systems across various projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate innovative electrical design solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Conduct systems analysis and design studies to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all electrical designs.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and project staff.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with external stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in troubleshooting electrical system issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering technologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10 Years experience for Seniors and 5 Years' Experience for Engineers, including 3 years experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficient in engineering design software and simulation tools.
• In-depth understanding of relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
