As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems and components. You will work closely with a team of engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting existing systems and innovating new solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. • Design and develop complex electrical systems and components to meet client requirements.
• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of electrical systems for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Identify and implement innovations to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to achieve objectives effectively.
• Develop and update documentation including schematics and operating procedures.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and report presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in project management.
• Proficiency with electrical design software and tools is essential.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
