Senior EFQM Manager

Summary:
As a Senior EFQM Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the EFQM Excellence Model across the organization, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the EFQM Excellence Model across the organization.
Develop and maintain a robust quality management system that aligns with organizational goals and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization.
Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 13 years of experience in EFQM Manager roles within the Others industry.
Expertise in EFQM Excellence Model and quality management systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in quality assurance and process improvement methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
