Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

One of our clients in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with in-depth expertise in the Finance Module and proven experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading functional design, requirement gathering, solution configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes and support organizational goals. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Module implementations and enhancements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business needs, especially for Real Estate sector operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system customization, integration, and deployment.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and ensure successful go-live.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Liaise with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Module (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management).
  • Proven track record in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions in the Real Estate industry.
  • Deep understanding of real estate business processes such as property sales, leasing, asset management, and project accounting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with solution design, configuration, testing, and training.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Exposure to UAE Real Estate compliance and financial regulations.
