Well-established Abu Dhabi based business within the Insurance space, is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function and play a pivotal role in driving people strategy across the organization.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who combines strong generalist expertise with proven capabilities in employee retention, talent acquisition, and talent development.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction across all areas of HR, aligning people initiatives with business goals.Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals while building sustainable talent pipelines.Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning, leadership programs, and capability building.Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and industry standards.Partner with the executive leadership team to shape organizational culture and support long-term growth.Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Mandatory Requirements:Experience within the technology or insurance industries preferredArabic speaker (non negotiable)Bachelors degree minimum qualification12 years minimum experience in HR
