Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Develop and manage remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking strategies.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with brand identity and goals.
Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve performance.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and paid media best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.
Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and preferably TikTok & Snapchat Ads.
Strong understanding of data analytics, pixel tracking, SEO/SEM, and Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
