Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Vision's brands, which includes
    developing Marketing & Digital Marketing.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget and spending for all channels.
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels, and review and optimize the designs and
    content of all online assets including the company website and social media accounts.
  • Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, SEM, display, affiliates and email marketing, and social media in order to deliver data-driven strategies that assure top performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Build and identify the buyer s journey funnel from a consumer-centric perspective that focuses on a buyer s distinct needs.
  • Create a full portfolio strategy and identify the key ROI drivers, then reflect the created portfolio
    strategy on Vision s digital platforms.
  • Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and
    recommendations.
  • Lead and supervise members of both social media.
    Generate monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a relevant field.
  • Agency experience is a Must.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a fast-paced.
  • Strong team management, interpersonal, and communication (written
    and verbal) skills.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels
    function.
