Position Objectives

• Senior DevOps Engineer will spearhead the design and automation of cloud-native infrastructure on Oracle Cloud.
• Ensure scalability, security, and high availability across all environments (Dev, Test, Staging, Production).
• Drive CI/CD automation, optimize databases, and enable seamless containerized deployments.
• Focus on resilient architecture, system monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Enabling a modern, agile, and future-ready digital platform.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure on Oracle Cloud for enterprise applications.
• Build and orchestrate containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Develop and maintain multi-environment setups (Dev, Test, Staging, Production) ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Ensure high availability and performance through: Nginx for load balancing | Redis for session management
• Configure, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases for reliability and efficiency.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) for automated deployments and integrations.
• Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and manage logs with ELK stack to ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Define and execute backup, recovery, and disaster management strategies.
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to align infrastructure with application needs.
• Support deployment and operations of applications built on Odoo (Python) and Camunda BPM.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required).
• Master s degree in Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, or related specialization (preferred).
• 8+ years in DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Proven expertise on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) | Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift | Linux-based environments | Nginx, Redis, PostgreSQL
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Advanced skills in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with Odoo framework, Python, and Camunda BPM (advantageous).
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps methodologies (preferred).
• Experience in enterprise application deployments and infrastructure security.
• Good command over English Language. Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
